- June 18 (Anniversary of the founding of Kyoto University)
- Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of the third week of August

Reservation Status: Please check the below calendar (entries are managed by CCII). The venue will be reserved upon receipt of the application form.
Application Method
Please submit the following 3 documents as email attachments:
- Nitori Hall Usage Application Form. Please submit in Excel format.
- Event-related documents (e.g., program, event notification)
- Payment Source Registration Request Form (not required for internal university applicants)

Submission Deadline:
At least 10 days before the date of use. Applications can be submitted up to one year in advance.
Important Notes for Application
- Ensure sufficient planning for preparation and cleanup time when submitting your application.
- The standard usage time is 9:00~17:00, but upon request 8:30~21:00 usage time is possible. (Please note: the event hall must be closed at 21:00)
- Usage time is calculated on hourly basis. If the usage time is less than one hour, it will be rounded up to the next hour.
- The hall usage is generally limited to the times specified in the application form and in the approval notification.
- If the arrival time is earlier or the departure time is later than the scheduled time, the facility usage fee will be based on the actual time of arrival and departure. A revised fee, based on the actual usage time, will be billed.
- There may be a 30-minute grace period before and after the usage time for preparation and cleanup, which could be free of charge.
- We do not issue preliminary estimates.
- Venue reservation is made upon receipt of the application form.
