Abstract
In 2023 the large language model (LLM) framework has been the en vogue variation of AI, driven by Open AI’s release of ChatGPT. But it is easy to demonstrate that queries to ChatGPT on leading research topics can frequently return nonsensical results, leading us to question how LLMs could be useful in cancer immunotherapy research.
In this seminar, I will review the premises on which machine learning is built, which will help us contextualize how we can better control both classic data algorithms as well as LLMs in a more robust way. We will consider examples of applying this refined knowledge to applications in patients data manifolds, combination immunotherapy predictions,
