This study group serves as a platform to foster interdisciplinary collaboration, bringing together researchers and clinicians engaged in cancer immunology.

The 2nd Meeting of the Kyoto University Tumor Immunology Group (KUTIG) took place on 27th November 2023 as a hybrid event, combining in-person & online participation. About 80 participants attended & contributed to lively discussions during the Q&A sessions. We want to express our gratitude to all participants. The next meeting is scheduled to take place around spring 2024, please stay tuned.

Facilitated by Dr. Kosaku Murakami (Division of Clinical Immunology & Cancer Immunotherapy, CCII) & Dr. Yoshiki Arakawa (Department of Neurosurgery), the event featured a presentation on basic research by Dr. Hirotake Tsukamoto (Division of Clinical Immunology & Cancer Immunotherapy, CCII) as well as a presentation on clinical insights by Dr. Ryoichi Saito (Department of Urology).
