概要

Next generation sequencing technologies have made it relatively easy and inexpensive to identify mutations in cancers. However, most such mutations do not generate neoepitopes that mediate tumor immunity and tumor control. The seminar will discuss this paradox using published and unpublished data from mouse and human cancers and will suggest a solution to this problem that is central to cancer immunology.
